02/04/2016 (Arab News – KSA): RIYADH: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the Saudi capital Saturday afternoon after 2 days of his engagement with world leaders during Nuclear Security Summit in Washington.The Indian premier will hold talks on bilateral and international subject with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman here on Sunday. The talks between King Salman and Modi will focus on the whole gamut of bilateral, regional and international issues of common concerns. The king will also host a lunch banquet in honor of Modi, which will be attended by high-ranking Saudi and Indian officials as well as by members of the royal family. “India’s ties with Saudi Arabia are special,” Prime Minister Modi said in a statement ahead of his departure from New Delhi. During his stay in Riyadh, Modi will visit the historic Masmak Palace.The Masmak fortress was taken over by King Abdulaziz in 1902 in a brave attack,which marked the start of the foundation of modern Saudi nation. ..
